Our Construction Management Team has over sixty years of collective experience and expertise ranging from a variety of fields including previous multifamily construction and stabilization assignments, general contracting, hotel industry renovations, and the HVAC trade.  Our construction management team is committed to achieving the goals of a capital program through comprehensive management for each project within the program.  Our construction team is unique in that the Capital Program Managers take part in service related items and work directly with our service teams at the communities within their region.  This gives us the advantage of having insight and involvement with the day to day operations which in turn leads to a more thorough construction management process.

• Conduct a pre-construction meeting with the site team, contractor and construction team

• Monitor and inspect project progress
• Track invoicing and compare progress billing against completed work to date
• Ensure the best use of available funds and resources is being utilized prior to commencement and post completion of a project
